As a member of Verity you have the opportunity to help shape the charity by casting your vote at our Annual General Meeting (AGM). The details of which are below:

This year, the AGM will be a standalone event (not part of a conference as we normally do) and be taking place at the end of a Trustee meeting. We would love for you to attend, and if you would like to please mail Rachel at chair@verity-pcos.org.uk by 20 November 2009 so that we may confirm numbers with the venue.
Legally, we require a minimum of 10% of members votes to pass the resolutions as outlined overleaf – naturally, the more votes we receive the more indicative of our entire member base. If you are unable to attend, we would ask you to please appoint a proxy to vote in your absence, which can be done online or by post (see below).

If you don't wish to vote online, or you wish to vote anonymously you can download a proxy form to complete and send in the post. It should be received no later than 20 November 2009.
