Verity: The Polycystic Ovaries Self Help Group (herein "Verity") will not usually refund any membership payment, conference registration or donation received unless it is due to an error on either Verity’s behalf or yours (such as an overpayment or technical problem).
Refunds may only be granted at the absolute discretion of the Board of Trustees. To enquire about a refund, please email treasurer@verity-pcos.org.uk. The Trustees will consider the request and respond accordingly. The Verity Board of Trustees are volunteers and we would therefore appreciate your patience in awaiting our reply.
