You can register for Verity's London conference by downloading the registration form below and posting us a cheque. Your registration form and payment must be received in the Verity office by close of business on 04 November 2011.
To keep costs and administration as low as possible, if you wish us to confirm your conference registration, please include either your email address or a stamped, self addressed envelope.
Registering online is the quickest way to ensure your place at the London conference.
Members of Verity are offered a discount place, you must be logged in before you will be able to register as a member.
To register:
Verity will confirm your registration via email. Registrations will close at 17:00 GMT on Friday, 11 November 2011.
If paying by cheque, your registration and payment must be received in the Verity office no later than COB 04 November 2011. Registrations and payments received after this date will be returned to you. You may register via the Verity website up until 5pm on 11 November 2011.
Registrations will be allocated on a ‘first come first served’ basis.
Verity reserves the right to change the agenda without notice to effectively manage the day.
