Verity - sharing the truth about PCOS

The conference will be held at the lovely Renaissance Manchester Hotel, right in the centre of Manchester (details on the venue are below).  Your delegate fees include a hot buffet lunch and tea and coffee before the conference and during breaks.

Verity's conferences are a great way of learning more about PCOS and meet other women going through the same thing as you are.   It's also a good opportunity for your partner and/or loved ones to learn more about what you go through - so bring them along!

Registering online is the quickest and easiest way to register for the conference.  If you want to register and pay by cheque, you can download a registration form.

NOTE: You must be logged in to register as a Member

To register and book online, simply:

• Type in your name and if you are an existing member, your membership number
• Let us know if you have any special dietary requirements (e.g. vegetarian or peanut allergy)
• Choose your afternoon sessions (e.g. Fertility and Acupuncture or Nutrition and Acne and Hair)
• Proceed to the Checkout (which you will see in the left-hand menu)
  

The Renaiisance Manchester Hotel has great information on how to get there, and if you are wanting to stay overnight a list of local hotels is available through the Google Maps service.

You may register online for the conference up until COB on 24 October 2008.  If you are paying by cheque, your registration and payment must be received in the Verity office no later than COB 18 October 2008.  Registrations and payments received after this date will be returned to you. 

Afternoon sessions will be allocated on a ‘first come first served’ basis.  Wherever possible we will try to accommodate your first choice however we will be unable to confirm places individually prior to the conference day.  Verity reserves the right to change the agenda without notice to effectively manage the day.

As the conference is heavily subsidised by Verity, we regret that we will be unable to offer refunds.
