Verity - sharing the truth about PCOS

In Touch is Verity's newsletter currently distributed to members twice a year in March and September.

It is packed full of the latest news about PCOS and related conditions, features on particular aspects of dealing with PCOS including case histories, a round-up on the latest research into PCOS from our medical experts, an "Ask the Experts" column, and more!

Verity is your self-help group and In Touch is your newsletter, so if you have anything to say – say it!  Whether it’s a letter or an article, or a suggestion for a feature, write it down and send it in. We especially need your letters so that we can relate to your personal experiences of dealing with PCOS. They also give us valuable feedback and might point out something that we could be doing better – and we promise to read every one!
