Hypnotherapy plays an important role in helping sufferers with PCOS symptoms and any underlying problems; it has in some instances helped women with fertility problems to conceive.   Founder of the retreat Victoria Wills is a well respected hypnotherapist and specialises in weight loss through hypnosis.

During the PCOS programme hypnosis is used regularly to help you with your symptoms and whatever issues trouble you most about PCOS.
