Welcome to the media hub for the James Lind Alliance (JLA) Priority Setting Partnership (PSP) for Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS).

This groundbreaking project, led by Verity and Cardiff University, is dedicated to identifying the top 10 research priorities for PCOS in the UK. By uniting patients, families, and healthcare professionals, this initiative aims to ensure future research focuses on the issues that matter most to those affected.  On this page, you’ll find everything you need to cover the JLA PCOS PSP project, including press releases, facts, and contact information.

why the pcos psp matters

PCOS is one of the most common endocrine conditions, yet it remains underfunded and poorly understood. By highlighting this project, you can help:
  • Raise awareness about the urgent need for PCOS research
  • Amplify the voices of patients and clinicians involved in the project
  • Inspire researchers and funders to take action based on the priorities identified
