Saturday 15-Saturday 22 October 2016 "Be educated Be empowered"
This year we are taking a more active approach. The theme is 5K your way!!! 5k your way will be the focal point of the 2016 Verity Annual PCOS Awareness Week. Our focus is on “having a go and completing 5k anyway and in your own way” to promote health and wellbeing. After all it is an epic sporting year with Euros, the Olympics and the annual event of Wimbledon, which should inspire us all!
We are currently planning a Verity run event in London, so stay tuned for more event info for London and elsewhere.
You can also do the 5K YOUR WAY!
There is plenty of choice of what you can do: join a planned activity within the Awareness Week, hold your own local version or go independent and choose your own way. You can choose something that takes an hour, a day or the whole week. Whatever you chose is fine. You will be raising the profile of PCOS and Verity whilst at the same time raising money so that Verity continues their work. Whatever and however you choose will make a massive difference.
